Shop owners: delete the shop and all its data

1. Email abhilash@paprik.ai from the email address you sign in to Swarv with.
2. Write "Delete my Swarv account" and your shop's name.
3. We confirm by email, then delete everything within 30 days.

This deletes the shop's account and everything in it: shop details and logo, the people who joined and their photos, rates and their history, catalog items, estimates and scan photos. It cannot be undone, so download or share any estimates you want to keep first.

Staff: leave a shop

Ask the shop owner to remove your phone in Swarv (Settings, then Staff), or sign out on your phone. Your phone loses access straight away. The estimates you made stay in the shop's record, because they belong to the shop. To have your name and photo removed from them too, email us at the address above.

Part of your data only

To delete only some information, such as your photo or particular estimates, email us at the same address and say what you want removed.
